I absolutely agree with the proposition that “software-defined regulation can monitor software-driven industries better than regulations enforced by squads of regulators”. Indeed, the place for government’s role in the intricate matrix of policy formulation fits in so well as envisaged much as where enabling legislation matters. There’s truly a greater need for collaboration between the two sides of the dichotomy to addressing key issues together, and specifically with a view to adopting best practices on the way forward.
