There’s certainly need for public institutions to harmonize some aspects of states’ laws and policies on unmanned aircrafts to ensure contemporary challenges posed by emerging technologies are addressed sufficiently if not exhaustively. This would save time and resources down the line as well as ensure seamless drone activities, especially around issues of privacy and safety.
